The inspiration for this lovely scarf was the many monasteries of the Scottish Borders and St Cuthbert’s Way culminating at Lindisfarne. The scarf is comprised of three distinct sections, each with a pattern of cables and lace. It takes two skeins of Yeavering Bell DK. It was the pattern for our first ever Knit Along and its Ravelry Thread is still open and active in Group ‘Whistlebare’. Do join us there to show off your lovely scarf!
