Autumn Alpine is the fall/winter version of Caitlin Hunter’s Alpine Bloom tee which was a really successful summer weight pattern. This version features an interesting ribbing detail at the neckline, hem and sleeve cuffs and a Scandinavian-inspired floral colorwork yoke.

We think our Cheviot Marsh 4ply would be a great yarn for this design, and should take from between 4 – 6 full  skeins of the main colour and 1-2 skeins of the contrast colour depending on size. This sweater is designed to fit with 2-8” 5-20.5 cm of positive ease at the bust. See schematic on Ravelry for full fit details.

for size 36,40,44′ bust – select Small

for sizes  48,52″ bust – select Medium

for sizes 56-64″ bust – select Large

When you have chosen your size and the colours you like the correct number of skeins will be added to your basket automatically.

Needles:
Note that needle sizes are suggested only. You may need to use a different size to achieve gauge.
Ribbing: US 3 3.25 mm
Main: US 4 3.5 mm

Notions:
Stitch marker, scrap yarn or stitch holders, tapestry needle, row counter (optional)

Gauge
24 sts and 32 rounds = 4” 10 cm in colorwork and stockinette on main needles after blocking

Note- You should always knit your swatch the same way that the pattern is knit—in this case, in the round. Block your swatch as you will your finished garment and allow it to dry fully before measuring.

Yardage: Note that yardage is estimated and may vary depending on yarn used, gauge variations or modifications.

Please always swatch to check that you meet the gauge of the pattern, and adjust your needles if necessary.
