Daisy Scarf or Snood
Delicate daisy stitch scarf or snood.
An intricate daisy stitch is encased in a garter stitch border to create a delicate scarf or snood that floats at your neck like a cloud.
Our very best selling pattern. So so pretty.
This pattern is knitted in the round from 1 skein of Yeavering Bell 4ply
Daisy scarf likes to dress up your party frock and go out dancing and dining, and to the ballet. She’d really like to be a ballerina, but she lives in Northumberland where it’s a long way to travel to things like that, so mostly she floats around like she is on a cloud of petals and daydreams.
This pattern comes in two sizes, the scarf is 79cm (when double) by 20cm, or the snood size 47cm (when double) by 34cm.
6.5mm circular needles (100cm – scarf, 80cm – snood) required.

Gorgeous pattern and I love Yeavering Bell. I chose the Willo the Wisp shade, a barely-there grey that will go with everything.

Thank you Penny, so pleased that you like the pattern and Yeavering Bell. Do put a photo of your knitting in Whistlebare’s Flock – you will be rewarded ?
Julia Toms –
Can this be knitted as a wrap instead of in a round please.
Alice (verified owner) –
Hi Julia, it certainly can be, some people have knitted it flat, but they translated the pattern themselves.
