Hip Stripes Shawl by Joji Locatelli is an irregular crescent shape, with striped wedges separated by delicate bands of cross-stitch lace.

Wingspan: 74½“ 186 cm.
Depth at deepest point: 16” 40 cm.

Gauge.
18 sts and 40 rows to 4” 10 cm in garter st on 3.75 mm needles after blocking and stretching.
Before measuring, make sure your swatch goes through the same blocking and pinning process as your shawl will.

Yarn.

We suggest our Cheviot Marsh 4ply would be a lovely yarn is for this pattern, it is light and airy and wonderfully squidgy, which will compliment the garter stitch design. Two skeins will be needed for the main colour and one skein for the contrast.
