Night & Day Shrug

Light weight and elegant, this shrug is as glamorous in the evening as it is eye-catching during the day with your jeans.

This shrug is knitted in lace bands and stocking stitch lengthwise, from cuff to cuff. The sleeves are created, with deep lace hems, by sewing together the underside leaving a large opening to pick up and rib. Night and Day Shrug will add a touch of style to a party outfit and is a casual graceful knit for relaxing or working. Night and Day Shrug is a one size garment which is modified by adjusting the sleeve length (available in a 3/4 sleeve length and a full sleeve length).  Yeavering Bell 4ply knitted on large needles creates an elegant drape whose simplicity belies the shrug’s stylishness.

This Shrug likes to go everywhere, from elegant theatre trips, cocktail parties, and summer weddings where the deep lace cuffs add a touch of style to your party outfit. It also makes a relaxed layer, perfect for beach walks in the evening as the sun goes down, or to put on over your office wear when the air conditioning is working on over drive. Flattering, useful and unique to Whistlebare.
