Cancellation of Workshops
Workshops can be refunded in full (less admin fee) up until 8 weeks before the workshop takes place. A 50% refund (less admin fee) will be given between 8 and 6 weeks prior to the workshop. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the workshop are non-refundable.
An administration fee of £10 per workshop will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made through the payment gateway used to purchase or by bank transfer.
If Whistlebare cancels a workshop for any reason a full refund will be made.
Whistlebare is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the attendee/s if a workshop is cancelled.
Returns
For internet orders you are entitled, by law, to a period of 14 consecutive days from receipt of your order, in which to notify Whistlebare of your intention to return your purchase. Notification to be made in writing by post or email. You are responsible for the cost of original postage, return postage and in the event of an exchange, additional outgoing postage. A refund shall be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item. It is your responsibility to send back and obtain proof of postage. In the event of the returned item going missing in transit, you are to pursue your postage provider for compensation as the product is legally yours until a refund is issued.
Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging. Items not in original condition cannot be resold and will be returned to you. Refund or exchange will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued through the payment gateway used for purchase or by bank transfer.
Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked on the customs label as “Returned Goods NCV (No Commercial Value)” otherwise they will attract import duty and VAT. Please also write “Returning to country of origin” on the package and include the original packaging, with customs label, in the return parcel. If you attempt to return the yarn incorrectly and we receive a customs fee notification, this will be ignored and the items will automatically be returned to you by Royal Mail.
In the event that you wish to return a faulty or incorrectly sent item please contact Whistlebare within 14 days of receipt for instructions.
